Biltong
For our Biltong we use premium silverside of beef and marinate it according to a South African recipe. It is air-dried for three weeks, which gives it a medium dry texture.
Our Biltong is lean, rich in flavour and high in protein.
Sliced (140g), whole stick (200g).
